THE system is self-monitoring and alarming of the sensors and connecting cables.
The sensors are of the fail-safe type such that any foreseeable failure, which would prevent the sensor from operating, is indicated by an alarm.
Sensors are capable of being functionally tested in-situ before and after loading cargo by using a testing device, which allows additionally to check the system accuracy as well.
